Mesh generation for hydrodynamic domains

Automatic generation of unstructured meshes for 2D shallow-water hydrodynamic models (ADCIRC). See the completed thesis and the Ecosystem Wiki for depth.

Ongoing work:

  • MADMESHingmixed-element advanced mesh generator; a reinforcement-learning take on my master's thesis. A computational paper will compare tri- and quad-only meshes to mixed-element meshes across hydrodynamic domains.
  • ADMESH — Python port of the MATLAB ADMESH library.
  • Valence / ADMESH-Domains — federated registry of ADCIRC mesh domains.
  • QuADMESH+ — quadrangular advanced mesh generator.
